7 Inches of SNOW!

It wouldn't be winter in Iowa without snow! It started snowing yesterday afternoon through today! Last night the snow was so pretty! Big flakes with lots of sparkles. The girls thought I would be fun to try to catch the snowflakes with their tongues!

Winter Fun with the Keim Kids!

We had my cousin's kids over for the day last Tuesday! We had a total of 7 kids, so you can only imagine how I thought the day would go! We actually had a wonderful day! Everyone was good ~ NO fighting the entire day! We had homemade pizza & cookies for lunch, went sledding, visited the cows on my uncle's farm, made hot chocolate & popcorn and we had craft time! The day went by so fast and it was nice to give Heather the day off! We ended our day by sending homemade chicken enchiladas home with them for supper! We can't wait to do it again this summer and will maybe have them over overnight!

Starting a new year!

So I decided that this year I would become a blogger! Not only would this force me to take more pictures, it is a great way for my parents and family to keep track of us! I am finding out that I really have no clue what I am doing! It has taken me an hour and a half to get the background done! Hopefully I will get the hang of it soon!
